Term of service

Paying for my invoice means the commissioner accept all these terms and conditions.

The commission is personal use only by default.
I’ll charge 85% more if the commission is for commercial use.

PAYMENTS
.I accept payment through Wise and through Paypal.
Normal commission will be paid after client accepts the thumbnail sketch. Client can pay 100% upfront or 50% upfront then 50% remains after the lineart is done.

REVISIONS
Revision and editing can be made during the commission, under an appropriate time-period. Major changes may incur additional charges.
For normal commissions, you have three time to request major changes during the stages of storyboarding, sketching, and lining, free of charge.
After the third time, I’ll charge 3% price per revision.
Only minor adjustments can be applied on completed commission, and only during 48 hours.

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
Your commission will be delivered under the agreed ratio and resolution.
The maximum deadline per request is 2 months. Multiple artworks in one request might take longer.

USE
As my client, you can:
Repost my commission on social platforms (with credit) or any other internet archive for your personal use. (X, instagram, discord etc.)
Print the commission for personal use or use my work as head cover/profile cover. Use my work as a reference for personal projects.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
I reserved all rights to my work, please mark it as a private commission if you don't want me to upload it on other sites.
Private artwork or withholding artist from posting will cost extra 35% price.
Please do not:
Claim my work as your art, steal/trace my work.
Sell my work as merch/digital product unless it's a commercial request. Use my artwork for AI or NFTs.

REFUNDS
If I do not meet the deadlines we had agreed upon, you will receive a refund of 100% commission fee.
For regular commission, If you want to stop the commission during the production period after the down payment is made and you haven't received any updates on my end, you will receive a partial refund.
If you have received the sketches/WIP for your commission, you will receive a refund depending on the remained progress %.
Refunds are not offered with finished commission.

Please note that:
- I don’t accept any Term of Service in any kind from my client and don’t understand the meaning of clients providing their TOS.
- I have the rights to refuse your request if I find your request out of hand or hard to delivery in my abilities.

And last, I'm open to suggestions but please understand that there are details made in my work that best resonate with my style and abilities. Thank you for choosing me as your commissioning artist.
